SHIPPING & RETURNS
All products will ship within 1 week of purchase. Pre-order items will ship after the expected ship date.
Applicable duties that packages may incur are not included in shipping prices and any additional cost is to be paid on delivery by the buyer.
Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
We offer exchange only on products for size corrections or damages. If your size is not available at the time of exchange, you will receive store credit.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If a package is refused and returned back to us store credit will be issued for the item(s) only. If a package is abandoned and unclaimed without being returned back to us, a store credit/exchange/refund will NOT be issued and will be forfeited.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
